As posted previously the Danish government proposed a bill on electronic elections. The ministry called for a hearing on the proposal to which DemTech now has replied. The response underlines that DemTech is very positive towards any opportunities to collect Danish experience on digital elections. The document also points towards international experiences and measures that might be used in Danish legislation. It also comments on the necessity for public and governmental control towards the technology and evaluation of the election, to ensure that the high level of trust remains in the Danish system.
